While a forest can grow on its own, it takes a team of dedicated people to help protect the trees from introduced pest plants and animals such as possums, goats and stoats. It also takes a small army to develop the tracks that everyone loves to cycle and walk. We have a fantastic group of volunteers involved in the Project, but we’re always grateful for more help.
Now it’s easier than ever to support Project Rameka. You can make a donation right now right here:
Or you can make a direct credit payment from your bank account to:
KiwiBank: 38 9007 0752396 00
(Please include your name so we know who is making the donation and whether your donation is for membership or a simple donation.)
All funds are injected right back into the project to pay for:
– native trees
– pest control
– bridges and retaining on tracks.
And because the Project Rameka Incorporated Society is a charitable society, your donation will be eligible for a donations rebate from IRD at your next tax return (using the Tax credit claim form, IR526).
